I know – every dollar you spend selling your home is one less dollar in your pocket at closing. So how do you get the most bang out of your marketing buck?

Consider that 92% of new home buyers begin their search online. And online researchers typically spend at least 16 hours scanning homes before contacting a realtor. With so much online competition, it’s vital that your online presence be as sharp as possible. Grainy, poorly staged photos taken from inexpensive cameras simply don’t get the job done.

That’s why I use a Canon EOS Rebel T3i. I post multiple high-resolution images – studies show that online buyers are more likely to visit homes with more than six pictures. And I carefully stage each photo so that rooms look spacious, warm, and clutter free.

Are you dissatisfied with your current online presence? Call me to see how we can change that. Remember, I don’t get paid until you do!
